Preheater is polygonal vertical structure, and composed of the top bin, feeding tube, heater body, hydraulic pushing device, transfer chute, etc. The top material bin is equipped with a material level controller to control the material layer height; limestone move into the vertical preheater through sliding tube between top bin and preheater body and have the effect of sealing to prevent the cold air into thepreheater for active lime processing plant

Principle

After the limestone enter the preheater, about 1100℃ high temperature waste gas discharged from sintering kiln flow into the preheater moving towards the opposite direction. By the sufficient heat exchange, the materials can be uniform preheating. The temperature of limestone after preheated can reach 900℃, about 30% of the limestone will be decomposed. The temperature of discharged gas is less than 220℃, which shorten the time of sintering and lower the heat consumption and fuel cost, and effectively reduce the production cost. After preheating, limestone is pushed into the kiln by hydraulic push rod, the waste gas after heat exchange, will be discharged into atmosphere after processing by the dust collector. The advantages of the vertical preheater are good preheating performance, fewer moving parts and reliable operation.

According to the different materials processing, rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln, lime kiln, ceramic kiln, zinc oxide kiln.



1. Activated carbon rotary kiln is mainly used to calcine cement clinker, and it is divided into two kinds: dry process cement kiln and wet process cement kiln. Metallurgy chemical kiln is mainly used for poor iron ore magnetizing roasting in steel factory. 
2. Oxidation roasting of chromium and nickel ore. It is also used for extracting of tin and lead by chlorination volatilization roasting, for refractory plant roasting high alumina bauxite and aluminum plant roasting clinker, aluminum hydroxide and for chemical plants roasting chrome ore and chrome ore powder.

4. Ceramic kiln is used for calcination and manufacture of various ceramic of materials bauxite, clay, yellow mud, river sludge, fly ash, shale, coal gangue, municipal solid waste, biological sludge. 
5. The Zinc Oxide kiln is used for mixing the zinc charge and the coking coal in proportion to produce Zinc Oxide
Principle

The raw material enter into the cylinder body from the tail of the kiln to be calcined at high temperature. Due to the tilting kiln body and the slow rotation, the material produces a complex movement which moves along the circumferential direction and moves along the axial direction from the high end to the low end. 

Suitable materials
The raw materials are decomposed, sintered and cooled down in the rotary kiln then clinker discharged from low-end into cooling machine. The fuel is sprayed from the kiln head, the combustion is carried out in the kiln to heat the raw material into clinker. The hot air produced in the process of heat exchange with the material enter into the kiln tail system from the kiln feed and finally it is discharged into the atmosphere.

2. At the end of the kiln head, a new type of compound scale is used to make the air leakage coefficient less than 10%, at the same time to meet the environmental protection requirements.

Therefore, it not only reduces the amplitude of the upper and the lower range of the kiln body and prolongs the cycle of the inner ring of the kiln but also reduces the transmission power and reduces the energy consumption.

Principle

Dust air enters each dust hopper from the inlet distributor, after induced and the diversion by distributor, big size particles of dust are separated directly into the ash bucket, and the small and fine dust fly into the filter chamber uniformly, and would be absorbed on the outside surface of the filter bag, dust into the filter chamber and adsorption in the filter bag.
