Description

Apron feeder is a general-purpose fixed mechanized conveying equipment. The main products are medium plate (HB) and heavy plate (BZ). 

Using steel plate as carrier, it is suitable for conveying massive loose materials and unit load, especially for large, heavy hot scorching hot and corrosive materials.  Conveyor chain products is wildly used in machinery, casting, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, power, mining and other industrial sectors.

Our scraper chain conveyor’s plate edge is up to 80-120mm. Good chain conveyor can be changed based on sort of conveying materials and quantity. 

Principle

Scraper chain conveyor adopts the high-strength die forging chain with a certain pitch as the traction piece. The two chains passing around a pair of drive sprockets on the head and a pair of tension pulley of the body tail form a closed loop. Fitted with overlapping and heavy structure, these two chains form a continuous transmission line.

Maintenance

i. Check the reducer power supply, traction fluid, oil level before working.

ii. The working temperature of the reducer is no more than 65 ℃, and the temperature rise is less than 40 ℃.(Surface temperature not exceeding 90 ℃).

iii. Clough must be closed in order to restart it with no load. This approach can protect the motor, reducer and chain plate, and extend its service life.

iv. In the process of using the feeder, it is necessary to establish the maintenance period table.

v. All lubricating parts should be lubricated according to the regulations, including add calcium-based grease to chain pin shaft and sprocket tooth surface once a month.
