The machine rack is equipped with a roller and roller supporting device, used for driving and supporting conveyor belt. There are two ways of driving, one is by reducer motor the other is by electric roller.

Maintenance

4.Regularly check the rubber scraper of the cleaning device, whether there is serious wear and can’t contact the belt closely, if necessary, adjust or replace the rubber scraper.

5.To maintain the flexibility of each roller, replace the one can’t rotating, damaged roller.

6.Avoid the belt departure, make sure the belt is kept working on the center line.
