Principle

The bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding or digging feeding the inflow or digging feed. The hopper collect the material from the storage room, hopper would be conveyed with the conveying belt or the chain from bottom to the top, then go around the top wheel and and invert, then the hopper would discharge the material into the collecting trough. 

The bucket elevator’s conveying belt is generally made of rubber belt, installed on the upper driving roller and the below redirection roller. Chain driving bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel driving chain, a pair of driving chain wheel on the top, and a pair of redirection chain wheel at the bottom. 

The bucket elevator is usually fitted with a cover to prevent dust during the lifting process.
