Chain scraper conveyor is used for metallurgy, machinery, light industry, food, transportation. Principle

And the increasing internal pressure ensure the stability of material layer, forming an integral continuous flow. The material can be continuous, stable conveyed and finally discharged.

Maintenance
1. If there are any remaining material crush in the tank, it should be cleaned.
2.Any parts having local, small hidden danger should be promptly ruled out,and the chain should be adjusted for it too loose.
3.scraper chain cracks or has severe wear and tear, it should be replaced.
4. lubricating point should be timely refueling.
5.Repair or replace the damaged parts in time, one should also inspect the key parts and any parts easy to wear regularly based on safety regulation.
