Principle

Maintenance
1.Pulp feeding after the spiral rotated, increase the volume of ore gradually.
2.If the spiral get stuck, overload or other bugs when working, and must stop immediately. Pulp should be out of the pulp surface never let spiral in the slurry, open the mine valve immediately.
3.When start it again, the screw must be lowed to a certain position. if the machine needs to stop, firstly stop feeding materials, until all materials without others in it.
4.All lubrication points are lubricated with sodium base grease or calcium base grease; renew it every 6 months.
5.Check the base or middle bearing frame, bearing, seal ring are worn or not; bearing lubrication must be add high pressure oil to the bearing with manual dry oil pump every 4 hours.
