Principle

Maintenance
1.Adding lubricant regularly to ensure normal operation and enhance its service life.
2.Regularly check whether there is abnormal situation in adhesive tape joint,such as: cuts, cracks, or other damage.
3.Regularly check whether the upper and lower tape and the ribs are wear.
4.Regularly check the rubber scraper of the cleaning device, if there is a serious wear and tear and can not be in close contact with the tape, one should adjust or replace rubber scraper.
5.Keep each roller flexible and replace damaged roller.
6.Prevent the belt from running and keep the belt on the center line.
