Shaft furnace pellet process

Pellet production process of shaft furnace has 6 links,ingredients, drying, grinding, pelletizing, roasting, cooling.During the consolidation process, the calcination temperature can be 1000-11000C.The roasted pellets are cooled by a chain machine into a cooler,and then fed into the stadium. Pellet production is completed.

Cement rotary kiln is the main equipment for calcination of cement clinker, and has been widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical and other industries. The device is composed of a cylinder body, a supporting device, with gear wheel supporting device, driving device, movable kiln head and tail sealing device, burning device and other components, the rotary kiln has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, easy production process etc.

Grate cooler


Grate cooler is a quench cooling machine, its principle is: with the air blower, the shop on the grate into layered clinker to quench the clinker temperature by 1200 ℃ drop to 100 ℃, a lot of gas cooling in the kiln for the two wind.

Process

1.Mining system:The equipment includes: large drilling rigs, shovel loading equipment and transport vehicles. By means of blasting, the limestone will become uneven blocks.
2.Raw materials crushing system:Limestone needed be coarse and fine crushed after mined.
3.Raw material homogenizing and storage system:The chemical component of limestone after grinding is very unstable, so it need to be prehomogenization.
4.Raw material batching system:The limestone, clay, sandstone and other raw materials will be transmitted into the batching system after homogenized. According to specific cement formula, using advanced electronic belt scale for accurate measurement production.
5.Raw materials grinding system:The materials come from batching system will be grinded by ball mill or advanced vertical mill.
6.Raw material homogenizing and feeding system:After grinding, raw materials need to be homogenized second time, to ensure the stability of the chemical component of cement, in order to produce cement to meet the quality requirements.
7.Clinker firing system:After grinding, homogenization, raw materials began to be calcined.
8.Clinker storage and bulk transmission system:The produced clinker is transmitted into the storage bin and transported to the grinding station in three ways: car, train and ship, or meet the production needs of its own cement plant.
9.Cement batching and grinding system:According to the different requirements of cement specifications, moderate amount of gypsum and mixed materials are added into the clinker. The cement will be put into the cement grinding equipment after batching by the high precision measurement scale. Thus the cement with good quality is produced.
10.Cement storage and delivery system:The cement after grinding will be stored in the cement cylinder. After a series of rigorous chemical testing and physical testing, the qualified cement products can be sold as a finished product.
