1.The large stones are broken by the jaw crusher feeding by the vibrating feeder evenly through the silo.

2.The crushed stones are sent into the cone crusher (or impact or other crusher) by the belt conveyor to be broken into the middle size.

3.The crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen to be screened by a belt conveyor. 

4.The finished sand (screen material) is sent to the sand washing machine by belt conveyor, and then sent to the finished product pile through the belt conveyor after cleaning;

5.Large granular stone (screen material) is sent to vertical impact crusher (sand making machine) by belt conveyor to do fine crushing,

6.After crushing, the stone is fed to the vibrating screen again by the belt conveyor.

In this way, closed-circuit and multiple cycles are formed.
