The mobile harmless system treating petroleum field’s sludge researched and developed by our company mainly used in single petroleum well in remote areas where lack water. Its working process is that: sludge is transmitted by lifting hopper to the chamber feeding device. Then the sludge evenly falls on the belt feeding machine. By the belt feeding machine, sludge transported to the non-shaft screw feeding device, then to rotary drying device. The rotary drying device reduces the water content of oil sludge from 80% to less than 15%, creating better conditions for the sludge incineration in the rotary furnace. After drying, the sludge discharged on belt conveyor, then belt conveyor transmit the sludge into rotary sintering kiln. in order to ensure the stable working of drying process,the air inlet and outlet are provided with locking air devices on Rotary drier, ensuring the stability of process parameters such as drying system pressure and temperature.
The sludge is burned under very high temperature in incineration furnace, ( high temperature in center furnace can be above 1300℃), it has the advantages of long burning time and burning completely and other unique advantages, which effectively control the emission of dioxin and heavy metal, so thoroughly achieved the sludge harmless treatment, greatly reduced the investment of flue gas purification system and operation cost. The ash after burning is transported to ash field by the chain hopper conveyor. The ash also have very high utilization value, it can be landfill, also can be used as production material for cement production or other construction materials.
