Industrail dryer machine has single cylinder, double cylinder and three-cylinder dryer, it is used in different industries and different materials.
Working Principle
The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and countercuttent contact with the material, and the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder together get to co-current contact. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end by gravity action. When the wet material moves forward in the cylinder, the heating of the heat carrier is obtained directly or indirectly, so that the wet material is dried, and then sent out at the discharging end by the belt conveyor or chain bucket conveyor.
