Active lime production line is A line of active lime production.The rotary kiln is the widely-used equipment in calcining active lime. The amount of active lime calcined by rotary kiln accounted for more than 1/3.

Active lime rotary kiln production line is mainly composed of five system: sintering system, materials screen and feeding system, finished product conveying, storage and transportation system, waste gas treatment system, pulverized coal process system. The sintering system is composed of three main equipment: vertical preheater, rotary kiln, vertical cooler.


Limestone is heated by high temperature kiln flue gas in preheater, then it is pushed into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod. The limestone is calcined in rotary kiln under high temperature, then the finished active limestone enter into the vertical cooler. After cooling the active lime will be transmitted into the finished product storage and transportation system. The waste gas will be discharged after processed by waste gas treatment system.

Main products

Vertical preheater

Preheater is polygonal vertical structure, and composed of the top bin, feeding tube, heater body, hydraulic pushing device, transfer chute, etc. The top material bin is equipped with a material level controller to control the material layer height; limestone move into the preheater through sliding tube between top bin and preheater body and have the effect of sealing to prevent the cold air into the preheater. 

The rotary kiln is the key equipment of the active limestone production line, which is composed of cylinder body, driving device, a supporting device, supporting device of the gear wheel, the seal of kiln head and kiln tail, kiln head cover and combustion device

Vertical cooler

The high temperature materials calcined by rotary kiln is transmitted into the vertical cooler which is made of fire proofing materials. The cooler consists of four cooling discharge area, discharge speed can be controlled separately according to the material temperature. The center air hood and the chamber cooling hood are evenly distributed in cooler, the hoods are connected with fan by pipes. Material layer on the hoods fall down along the generatrix, and contact with cold air which blow up, thus to complete the heat exchange process.

Advantage

1. New type thermal insulation material covers around the rotary kiln, fish-scale type composite material as a new kind of soft sealing material is used at the two ends of rotary kiln. The thermal insulation and soft sealing material can reduce the loss of heat and be good for environmental protection.
2.The structure of preheater is designed reasonably to ensure the high thermal efficiency and simple operation. In comparison with other similar products our preheater has reached the advanced level in domestic market.
3. The rolling bearing adopts at the feeding end and discharge end, at the same time, the bearing could automatically adjust to reduce the energy consumption as much as possible. The seal device of bearing was redesigned so that the operation and maintenance could be easier.
4.All the active lime production line uses self-developed automatic control system.
The control points of the main and assistance equipment are more than 300, which make it possible to realize automatic production and improve labor productivity, reduce working intensity.

Maintenance

1.Checking preheater. Insure pusher head hydraulic station working well, check whether there is lack or leaking of oil, the valve is opened and closed in place.
2.Checking of rotary kiln. Check the density of castable at the end of kiln, whether scraping kiln head hood and kiln discharging dustpan.
3.Checking kiln head hood of cooler. Check the appearance of the cooler to make sure if there is a red material on the shell, and determine the refractory falls off whether or not.
