Principle
The annular cooler is driven by the drive device to rotate the rotating device and drive the trolley to the discharge end.
The hot sinter ore discharged from the sintering machine is continuously fed into the rotary trolley through the feeding hopper and the chute of the annular cooler.
The cold air blower through the bellows and bellowing trolley cool down the hot sinter ore on slow turning trolley, realizing the heat exchange between the hot sinter ore surface and cold air, gradually cooling the hot sinter.
When the trolley is turned to the unloading area, the trolley starts to descend along the track and discharge hot sinter of 120℃ or below.
Then the trolley turns back in palace along the track to and starts the next cycle of the charging - cooling - unloading.
