Principle
In operation: the rotary furnace core inclines in 3% ~ 6%, rolling in the speed of 3-6r/min. At the same time, the burner, temperature and pressure measuring device begin to work. After the temperature of the rotary furnace core is above 500℃, material is transmitted into rotary kiln core by feeding device. In the rotary kiln core, the material is going through drying part, decomposition part, catalytic reaction part, reduction part, then the chemical bond broke and material decomposed when the temperature is above 600℃. Through the process of oxidation and reduction reaction, the high molecular weight organics turn into small molecular weight CO, H2, CH4 and other flammable gases.
In this way, the generation of dioxin precursor is avoided, and the valuable metals in the waste were not oxidized. A small amount of Cu, Fe and other metals in the waste Are difficult to generate catalysts for the formation of dioxins. Thus, this equipment can avoid generating dioxin.
During the gasification decomposition process, moderate amount of nitrogen and oxidation could be injected through injection tube I on decomposition part and tube II on reaction part for oxidation reaction and cooling. The solid waste after decomposed is discharged through the hopper and the discharging device below.
Taken out by the collector fan through the gas emission and collecting device on the combustion chamber, the produced flammable gas and flue gas enter into the dry part in the rotary kiln core, doing the process of heat exchange. After that process, the gas will enter into the cyclone dust collector, surface scrubber and dew separator (that three kinds of equipment are not included ). The gas would be dedusted, washed and separated. Finally, the gas is collected and used for generating electricity, and the flue is discharged into the atmosphere below the emission standards of the European Union.
