And high quality ceramic products is the ideal aggregate to produce light partition board, roof insulation board, hollow block, sound-absorbing bricks, refractory casting. Process

i. Crushing system
When the bauxite enter into factory, its size is between 300 to 500mm and the moisture is about 8%, and it will be piled up in the stack shed. After crushed by impact crusher, the material size is less than 20mm.

ii. Bauxite drying system
Crushed bauxite in buffer silo will be transported into the top of the boiling furnace by belt conveyor and elevator. 
Boiling furnace uses low volatile coal as fuel to produce hot flue gas at 800~900 ℃.
The bag type dust collector is used to purify the waste gas from the drying machine to achieve dust emissions standards.

iii. Ceramsite sand production batching station
Batching station’s ingredient is bauxite, manganese powder and additive. 

iv. Grinding system
Grinding system adopts closed circuit system, and produce the raw meal powder more than 500 mesh.
The mill adopts tri-silo tube mill.

v. Granulating system
Granulation process adopts a new type granulator. 
The raw material and water in the granulator are formed into raw pellet under the action of the high speed rotating stirring rod and the low speed rotating inner cylinder.

vi. Kiln tail dryer system
The water content of new ceramsite pellet is about 15%. By using the waste heat of the end of kiln, the water content can reduce to about 8%. Under this condition, ceramsite can enter into the kiln to calcine.

vii. Rotary kiln system
The raw material move gradually towards the head of kiln with the rotation of rotary kiln. The material calcine into oil proppant ceramsite under the temperature 1300℃-1350℃.
And then ceramsite sand enter into a single cylinder cooler, the wind exhausted from cooler will enter into rotary kiln.

viii. Dust collector system at kiln tail
The bag type dust collector is used to purify the waste gas of kiln tail, including the waste gas of kiln tail dryer.
The bag dust collector can reach below 50mg/Nm3 to achieve the standard discharge and clean production.

ix. Finished product system
The ceramic sand discharged from cooler will be elevated to the vibrating screen.  And there is a electronic weighing scales under the warehouse. Through weighing, the qualified finished products will be sealed by the sewing machine and stacked in the finished product warehouse, then ready for delivery.
